The Great Plan of YHWH -PT1

Today, whole sections of the Bible are not understood, just as they were not understood at the time of writing. Why all the secrecy? Does God have a purpose for hiding the truth? What if God had inspired all the prophets to speak clearly and explain everything? Had He done so, there would have been no reason for Christ to explain the manner in which He fulfilled prophecy (Luke 24:27). Clearly it was necessary for Him to explain the prophecies concerning Him even to His closest companions - and this was after He had fulfilled them! And it's important to realize that Christ fulfilled ONLY those prophecies that concerned Him. If God had revealed His Plan to everyone, then there would be no reason to reveal it to the prophets exclusively. Everyone would have understood it and everyone would know their purpose in life. But God didn't plan it this way at all!

The very fact that the prophets recorded so much detail about Christ's first appearance ensures that we understand that God's purpose was established long before His arrival. If this information was injected into the ancient writings concerning Christ, it's very clear that all other prophecy was also intended to be fulfilled. What is more, Christ made this very clear (Matt 10:26-27). In fact, He did, starting as a 12-year-old boy, and with astounding knowledge of the Scripture. The keepers of the Law, the Jewish people, were amazed at the explanations this 12-year-old gave them. They taught the Law, but didn’t understand the intended meaning behind it. For three days, this young boy dazzled them with His understanding of God’s Word (Luke 2:41-50).

God says His Purpose will stand! What He began in the Garden of Eden, with the creation of this present world of life forms, including mankind, will continue to the end. God has placed mankind on this earth, and given him dominion over all the life forms. But He made them a little lower than the angels. Jesus Christ was both God and man. The rulers of the heavenly realm (Demons) seem to have no trouble understanding this. Christianity has a take on it, but utterly fail to understand the meaning in its entirety. For instance, Christ confirmed He would drink wine in His Father’s Kingdom (and note whose Kingdom this is! It’s the Father’s.) The Father also confirms that He will dwell among men (Ezekiel 37:27, Rev 21:3) and we will see His face (Rev 22:3). We will see Him as He is, and we will recognize that man has been created in His image. Is this too hard to understand that God will appear like a man? Or that He will live His life in the manner in which He has created for mankind?

God's WORD is the FINAL and ONLY authority. God's ETERNAL PURPOSE is HIDDEN from the world and from the Demons, the Fallen Angels. But it is not hidden from those whom God has granted the WISDOM OF GOD. It is clear and concise and reveals all the SECRETS that God has HIDDEN from the foundation of the world. So how did God conceal these HIDDEN MYSTERIES and yet give us a complete handbook of knowledge? The answer is that He encoded the Bible in such a way as to require us to seek and find. And God warns us of this encoding by telling us to seek His WORD Isaiah 28:10 'precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little and there a little.' And God has done this by using a series of POINTERS and MARKERS. It's very obvious in the Bible that many scriptures POINT to other scriptures. But what are MARKERS? MARKERS are words that appear in scriptures that often SEEM TO BE hard to the meaning or theme being described. Most readers of the Bible explain these words or phrases as 'primitive' verbage by 'primitive'. To them they are meaningless and purposeless. While they call the Bible the Word of God, they don't truly believe that God inspired ALL OF IT!

The Apostle Paul calls it a MYSTERY. He explains that it was God's intention that the Church would perform an important function: to make known to the SPIRIT RULERS OF THE HEAVENLY REALM (the Fallen Angels) the REAL purpose - the eternal purpose - for which Christ came! This is what Paul said: Eph 3:8 "Although I am less than the least of all God's people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to MAKE PLAIN TO EVERYONE the administration of the MYSTERY, which for AGES PAST WAS KEPT SECRET IN GOD, who created all things. His INTENT was that NOW, through the CHURCH, the MANIFOLD WISDOM of God SHOULD BE MADE KNOWN to the RULERS AND AUTHORITIES IN THE HEAVENLY REALMS, according to His PURPOSE which HE ACCOMPLISHED IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD."

The Apostle Paul said that it was God's intention to make the MYSTERY PLAIN TO EVERYONE. To be sure, it will be made PLAIN TO EVERYONE, but this doesn't mean the WICKED will understand! The wicked will turn on the messenger - the prophet of God! These wretched SHEPHERDS will reject the message that will grant them understanding, and try to further corrupt those who want to obey God! Be sure you understand that the distinction being made here is between those who UNDERSTAND PROPHECY - the WISE, and those who DON'T UNDERSTAND PROPHECY - the WICKED!

Daniel 12:9-10 "He replied, "Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the TIME OF THE END. Many will be PURIFIED, made SPOTLESS and REFINED, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. NONE OF THE WICKED WILL UNDERSTAND, but those WHO ARE WISE WILL UNDERSTAND." Who are going to understand? Is it the wicked? No, it's not! The WISE will understand - those who have been PURIFIED, made SPOTLESS and REFINED!

So obscure is God’s purpose that many have concluded that God’s mission failed, and it was left to Christ to do away with it all. Yet Christ gave no hint of such ambitions, and further, he firmly stated that He had not come to abolish anything. Note also Heb 6:17 "God wanted to make known the UNCHANGING NATURE OF HIS PURPOSE very CLEAR to the HEIRS of what was PROMISED." The nature of God's PURPOSE has NEVER CHANGED! ---You must believe God!

It's no secret that John the Baptist baptised in water. What is NOT so clearly understood is, that no one could UNDERSTAND the TESTIMONY OF JESUS UNLESS they were BAPTISED BY JOHN: Luke 7:29 "All the people, even the tax collector's, when they heard Jesus' words ACKNOWLEDGED that God's way was right, BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN BAPTISED BY JOHN. But the Pharisees and experts in the law REJECTED God's purpose for themselves, BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT BEEN BAPTISED BY JOHN." This is a very clear statement! It's also true!  Now since John the Baptist is dead, that rules us all out, UNLESS another ELIJAH is spoken of. And of course, another ELIJAH is spoken of; he's the one who comes before the GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD (Mal 4:5). If you BELIEVE God, then you will know that you CANNOT possibly understand Christ's testimony, that is, the WAY OF GOD, unless you are baptised by ELIJAH! Matthew 11:7 "What did you go out to see? A reed shaken in the wind? If not, what did you go out to see? A man dressed in fine clothes? No, those who wear expensive clothes and indulge in luxury are in palaces. But what did you go out to see? A PROPHET? Yes, I tell you, and MORE THAN A PROPHET. This is the one about whom it is written: 'I will send My messenger ahead of You, who will prepare Your way before You.' Among those who are BORN OF WOMEN there is no-one greater than John; yet the one who is LEAST in the KINGDOM OF GOD is GREATER than he."

The SEVEN EYES OF CHRIST (Rev 5:6) are constantly watching and reporting on THOSE PEOPLE who LISTEN TO GOD'S MESSAGE and BELIEVE GOD. These are the ones who are not beguiled by the nonsense that is being taught today. These people realize that all that the Apostle John wrote in the Book of Revelation, and all that the former prophets spoke of, will come to pass EXACTLY AS WRITTEN! These are the people who recognize that God is speaking of events that will bring LAMENT, MOURNING AND WOE. While many of them don't fully understand God's reasons - YET! - they fully comprehend that God has a very great purpose in mind.

God is just and fair! He makes the rules! He establishes righteousness! He is the final arbitrator of what is good and wholesome! He brings blessings and curses on whosoever He chooses. When He makes a judgment, it is always the right judgment! He causes it to rain on the just and the unjust. If He chooses to withhold the rain - then this is His prerogative. He has a purpose for everything. Should we therefore judge God as being unjust and try to rectify His 'mistakes'? If you believe this to be so, then you are the enemy of God - and you need to come to your senses!

God has created everything for a purpose, and eventually everything that He has created will be fully utilized. This includes the vastness of the universe. Even the most sophisticated spaceship that humanity could devise would be useless for interstellar travel. The universe is out of range for humans until all vestiges of Satan's rule are eliminated. The human mind is extremely limited when it comes to comprehending the vastness of the universe. If we were to demolish a brick building and scatter the bricks over a vast area, they would no longer resemble a building. But if we had the plan for the original building, it would be possible to gather all the bricks and rebuild the building according to its original design. Similarly with the universe. God has scattered all the heavenly bodies towards the remote regions of space. At the appropriate time God says He will call them all back. When He does we will see an entirely different picture in the skies.

Contrary to what you may have believed in the past, God didn't create human beings for the express purpose of creating a righteous family. The whole purpose of everything that has occurred during this past six thousand years has been to depose the great tyrant - the devil. To this end Christ was born as a human being - to replace this king of the earth (John 18:37). Christ came to destroy the devil's work: 1John 3:8 "He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. THE REASON THE SON OF GOD APPEARED WAS TO DESTROY THE DEVIL'S WORK."

God has brought some glory to some Gentiles, and many more will turn in obedience to the Great God at the appointed time. But God makes it clear to whom He is the Potter: Jeremiah 18:5 “Then the word of the LORD came to me: “O HOUSE OF ISRAEL, can I not do WITH YOU as the potter does?” declares the LORD. “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in My hand, O HOUSE OF ISRAEL. If at any time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be uprooted, torn down and destroyed, and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned.” This happened in the days of Jonah when God sent him to warn Ninevah, Assyria, and the king and the people repented. This account is important enough for Christ to refer to it as proof of His Messiahship (Matt 12:39-40), and for a good purpose it should be noted.

In regard to the House of Israel being clay in God’s hands, Jeremiah adds some more: Jeremiah 18:9 “And if at another time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be BUILT UP AND PLANTED, and if it DOES EVIL IN MY SIGHT and DOES NOT OBEY ME, then I will RECONSIDER the good I had intended to do for it.” He is God and He can do as He pleases. God also makes the point that all our righteousness are as filthy rags, because we seem to forget that we are only the clay. He is the POTTER! V20 “But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? Shall what is formed say to Him who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this? Does not the Potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for NOBLE PURPOSES and some for COMMON USE?”

Yes, it’s truth that God does HARDEN some people so they can’t accept the Truth. He HARDENS whoever He wants to HARDEN and decides who will be used for a NOBLE PURPOSE and who will be used for COMMON USE. And He certainly HARDENS those who won’t OBEY Him! Christ was OBEDIENT even to going to His death!  --Rom 9:14 “What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” It does not, therefore, depend on man’s desire or effort, but on God’s mercy. For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: “I raised you up FOR THIS VERY PURPOSE, that I may DISPLAY MY POWER in you and that My name may be PROCLAIMED IN ALL THE EARTH.” Therefore God has mercy on whom He wants to have mercy, and He HARDENS whom He WANTS TO HARDEN.” As the Master Potter, God has appointed some vessels (People) for a noble purpose, and some for common use. It’s as well that no-one challenges God’s intentions by saying “Why have you made me so?” And God makes this very point: Isaiah 29:15 “Woe to those who go to great lengths to hide their plans from the LORD, who do their work in darkness and think, “Who sees us? Who will know?” You turn things upside down, as if the potter were thought to be the clay! Shall what is formed say to him that formed it, “He did not make me”? Can the pot say of the potter, “He knows nothing”?

We remember we are here by the grace of God and our purpose is to serve Him. Christ counseled that it is ‘it is more blessed to give than to receive’. Paul reiterated this to the overseers in Ephesus (Acts 20:35). As wise as Solomon was, he gave himself over to the pursuit of pleasure. He quickly forgot that he was merely a human being. Caught up in the trappings of wealth and power he quickly lost sight of the purpose of his existence. It seems he experienced bouts of depression and became suicidal in his pursuit of happiness. He recorded this: Eccl 2:17 So I hated life, because the work that is done under the sun was grievous to me. All is meaningless, a chasing after the wind. I hated all the things I had toiled for under the sun, because I must leave them to the one who comes after me.” Solomon raises an important question then answers it: V26 “To the man who pleases Him, God gives Wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God.”

Eccl 12:13 “Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep His Commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including the hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.” So mankind has a duty to their Creator! Not only must they obey His Commandments or they will never find Wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but they must also fear Him! And this latter requirement is the one that causes many to baulk.

Let’s remember what God says about those who understand his word and those who don’t. Matt 13:23 "But what was sown on good soil is the man who HEARS THE WORD and UNDERSTANDS IT. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown." Here are those who HEAR THE WORD and UNDERSTAND it! And out of all the seed, they alone produce a crop! And those who HEAR THE WORD and FAIL to UNDERSTAND it are NOT THE GOOD SEED. This is not to say that occasionally these will have questions about certain things, but THEY MUST GRASP THE OVERALL MESSAGE and recognize it as the WORD OF GOD. At this time Christ's disciples asked Him a question: V10 "The disciples came to Him and asked, "Why do you speak to the people in parables?" He replied, "The KNOWLEDGE of the SECRETS of the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN has been GIVEN TO YOU; BUT NOT TO THEM. Whoever HAS will be GIVEN MORE, and he will have an ABUNDANCE. Whoever does not have, even what he has WILL BE TAKEN FROM HIM."

All those who showed an interest in Christ and His message, who traveled out to hear Him speak, and who listened to His PARABLES for hours, NEVER UNDERSTOOD! And neither did Christ intend them to! He spoke in PARABLES so they WOULDN'T understand. The KNOWLEDGE of the SECRETS of the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN was only given to Christ's TRUE DISCIPLES. And Christ explained why: Matthew 13:13 "This is WHY I speak to them in parables: "Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. In them is fulfilled the PROPHECY of Isaiah: "You will be ever HEARING but never UNDERSTANDING; you will be ever SEEING but never PERCEIVING. For this people's HEART has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might SEE with their eyes, HEAR with their ears, UNDERSTAND with their hearts and TURN, and I WOULD HEAL THEM.""
